Here is the recipe for tuna pasta / zucchini and cherry tomatoes WW, a tasty dish complete, easy and simple to achieve for a light and balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 8 SP / person -
- 250 g pasta
- 160 g of natural tuna
- 2 zucchini
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as indicated on the package.
Wash zucchini then cut into strips and tomatoes into wedges.
In a skillet heat the olive oil and chopped garlic for 2 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cherry tomatoes then salt and pepper, cook for about 6 minutes.
Then add the crumbled tuna and cook for about 4 minutes while stirring.
Drain the pasta and add them to the pan with a small ladle of pasta cooking juice.
Mix everything, then cook for 2 minutes and immediately serve your pasta dish with tuna / zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
