- 35 g flour
- 35 g grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Wash the zucchini and grated them.
Then salt and drain in a colander for 10 minutes.
Put the zucchini in a bowl, add the egg, flour, grated parmesan, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and mix everything.
