Gratin of Potatoes with Tomato Sauce WW





Here is the recipe for potato gratin with tomato sauce WW, a tasty light gratin made with potatoes, ham and tomato sauce, easy to cook and perfect to serve with a good vegetable salad for a balanced meal .






Ingredients for 4 people: - 4 sp / person -

  • 400 g potatoes

  • 120 ml of tomato sauce

  • 100 g of chicken ham

  • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 4 basil leaves

  • salt

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 25 minutes.

Then drain them and peel them.

Cut the potatoes into slices about 1/2 cm thick.

In a gratin dish, lay a layer of potatoes, half slices of ham and top with tomato sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Put another layer of potatoes, ham, tomato sauce and Parmesan.

Finally lay a layer of potato and cover with remaining tomato sauce and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

Then bake your gratin at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
