Here is the recipe for the WW Light Tuna and Zucchini soufflé, a good salty and well-puffed soufflé, easy to make and perfect for serving hot on the way out of the oven with a nice salad for a light meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 4 sp / person -

  • 1 zucchini

  • 120 g of tuna

  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk

  • 4 eggs

  • 25 g of flour

  • 3 teaspoons of margarine

  • 50 g grated lean gruyère cheese

  • salt pepper

Preparation a:

Wash the zucchini and grated it finely, then drain and crumble the tuna.

In a saucepan melt the margarine, then add the flour and mix.

Add the milk little by little, stirring with a wooden spoon until you get a thick béchamel sauce.

Add grated zucchini, tuna, salt and pepper and mix.

Then add the grated cheese and mix.

Remove the pan from the heat then add the egg yolks one by one and mix well.

Beat the egg whites with a whisk and add to the previous mixture and mix.

Divide the dough into individual molds covered with parchment paper and bake in the oven, preheat at 180 ° C for 30 to 35 minutes.
