Ingredients for 10 people: - 4 sp / person -
- 100 g of dark chocolate
- 200 g of zucchini
- 3 eggs
- 60 g of flour
- 15 g of agave syrup
- 20 g unsweetened cocoa
Preparation:
Peel the zucchini and grate or mix in a blender.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or bain-marie.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the agave syrup and add the melted chocolate, zucchini mixed and mix.
Then add flour and cocoa and mix until you get a smooth paste.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish covered with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
