Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 sp / person -
- 4 eggs
- 240 ml of tomato sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
- 150 g of peas
- 1 pinch of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Thermomix preparation:
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped garlic for 2 minutes.
Then add tomato sauce and peas, salt, pepper and cover and cook for 15 to 18 minutes.
Dig in the sauce then break the 4 eggs and cook for a few more minutes.
At the end of cooking sprinkle with oregano and serve your dish.
