Here is the recipe for butter-free brioche with Thermomix, a very soft brioche without butter with a spinning and vanilla flavored bread, easy and easy to make with thermomix for tea or breakfast.






Ingredients:

  • 550 g flour

  • 250 g whole milk

  • 1 egg

  • 25 g baker's yeast

  • 20 g of sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • 60 g of sunflower oil

  • 1 pinch of salt

  • 1 egg yolk beaten with a little milk

Thermomix preparation:

Put the milk, sugar and yeast in the thermomix bowl and set for 2 minutes at 37 ° on speed 1.

Add the flour, egg, vanilla, salt and oil and set 7 minutes on the cob.

Put the dough in a salad bowl cover with a clean cloth then let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Then degas the dough and divide it into 3 equal balls.

Place the balls in a cake tin covered with parchment paper and let it rise again for 40 minutes.

Brush the egg yolk bun with some milk and sprinkle with sugar.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake your bun for 35 to 40 minutes.
