Here's the recipe for WW-Grilled Zucchini and Eggplant Clafoutis, a tasty light clafoutis that's smooth, easy and easy to prepare, perfect for serving as a side dish with meat or as a side dish with a salad.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 6 SP / person -

  • 1 eggplant

  • 2 zucchini

  • 3 eggs

  • 100g of flour

  • 150 ml of semi-skimmed milk

  • 150 ml of liquid cream at 4% of mg

  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the eggplant and zucchini and cut in thin slices lengthwise.

Grill for about 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Then book them aside.

In a bowl beat the eggs then add the flour, parmesan, salt and pepper and mix.

Pour in the milk and cream and mix until smooth.

Arrange the grilled vegetables in a dish covered with parchment paper and pour the mixture over the vegetables.
