- 4 potatoes of 120 g each
- 125 g light mozzarella
- 120 g of turkey ham
- 4 tablespoons fresh cream at 4% mg
- 1 pinch of nutmeg

Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for 25 to 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the mozzarella into small cubes and the ham into small cubes.
Once the apples are cooked drain them and let them cool a bit.
Cut the top of the potatoes and empty them with a spoon and put the flesh in a salad bowl.
