Here's the recipe for quinoa with shrimp and zucchini WW, a tasty dish made with quinoa, shrimp and zucchini flavored with curry, easy and simple to make for a light meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 6 sp / person -

  • 200 g of quinoa

  • 1 onion

  • 500 g shelled shrimp

  • 400 ml of water

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons of curry

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the quinoa well and drain it.

In a saucepan, bring the salt water to the boil and add the quinoa and cook for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, peel and chop the onion and cut the zucchini into cubes.

In a saucepan heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the zucchini and leave for 5 minutes stirring.

Then add the shrimp, salt, pepper and curry then simmer for 10 minutes.

At the end of cooking add the quinoa in the pan and sauté for 2 minutes, stirring.

Then serve your dish immediately.
