Easter Lamb (Lamala) with Thermomix

Here is the recipe for Lamb of lamb (Lamala) with Thermomix, a tasty Genoese biscuit in the shape of a lamb, easy and simple to make with thermomix, to serve on Easter Sunday at breakfast time or tea time.






Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs

  • 100 g of sugar

  • 100g of flour

  • 20 g cornflour

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • icing sugar

Thermomix preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Put the eggs, sugar and vanilla extract in the bowl of the thermomix and set for 5 minutes at speed 4.

Add the flour, cornflour, yeast and then set 1 minute at speed 3.

Butter and flour your lamb-shaped mold then pour the mixture.

Bake for 30 minutes.
