These oven baked buffalo wings are finger lickin’ good – and no deep frying required!
I’m a big buffalo wings fan – the deep-fried kind – who wouldn’t go crazy over those right? They’re not exactly the healthiest of foods, so I needed to come up with a lightened up way to enjoy them. Now these may be a bit different from your average wings because they are not fried, but they turned out so crispy, scrumptious and flavorful.
And you don’t need to deal with a big vat of oil – that’s a win in my book!
I’m sharing a super easy wing recipe, and with my method for baking them instead of deep frying, you’ll get crispy wings every time.

I used Budweiser Brewmaster’s Premium Wing Sauce for tossing my wings in while they’re still hot, and love that they have the perfect combination of spices and tangy flavors. I used the mild variety, but it also comes in hot if you like a little more heat. Beer and wings – I’d say that’s a pretty solid combination!
I’m entering this recipe in the Budweiser BBQ Sauce Recipe Challenge. I can’t wait to use Budweiser’s BBQ sauces and marinades in my grilling recipes all summer long. Be sure to follow Budweiser on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for more delicious recipe ideas!
