Ingredients:
For the Genoese:
- 3 eggs
- 60 g of flour
- 120 g of sugar
- 50 g cornflour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- zest of 1/2 grated lemon
For the lemon cream:
- 150 ml of lemon juice
- zest of 2 lemons
- 90 g of flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 20 g of butter
- 30 cl of water
- 200 g of sugar
- 400 g strawberries
Thermomix preparation:
preheat the oven to 190 ° C
