Zucchini Filled with Fresh Goat WW






Here is the recipe for zucchini stuffed with fresh goat WW, a good light dish with zucchini stuffed and au gratin, easy and simple to make, serve as a starter or with a salad for a small evening meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 5 SP person -

  • 4 zucchini

  • 150 g fresh goat cheese

  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon chives

  • 20 black olives

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini then cut in half lengthways.

Cook the half zucchini in boiling water for about 5 minutes.

Empty them with a spoon, then finely mince the zucchini flesh.

In a bowl put the goat cheese, chopped chives, chopped olives, parmesan, salt and pepper and mix.

Add the zucchini flesh and mix well.

Stuff the half-zucchini and place the zucchini in a baking dish covered with baking paper.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
