WW light tuna burger






Here's the recipe for the WW Light Tuna Burger, tasty light tuna patties, easy and simple to make, perfect for garnishing your sandwich, or serving with a salad for a small, light dish.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 3 SP / person

  • 240 g of natural tuna

  • 50 g of mashed potatoes

  • 10 g capers

  • 1 egg

  • 20 g dried tomatoes

  • 80 g bread crumbs

  • 50 ml of skimmed milk

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Put in drained tuna, mashed potatoes, capers, sundried tomatoes, bread crumbs, milk, parsley and egg and mix until you get a smooth paste.

Shape patties and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes.
