- 180 g of natural tuna
- 100 g diced gorgonzola
- 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt 0%
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- chopped parsley
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Spread the dough in a pie plate and then prick it with a fork.
Then peel and chop the onion.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 10 minutes.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the yoghurt then salt and pepper.
Add drained tuna, golden onion, diced gorgonzola and parsley and mix.
Pour the mixture into the bottom of the pie and spread with a spatula.
Then bake in a hot oven at 180 ° C for about 25 to 30 minutes.
