Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 SP / person
- 500 g of crabmeat
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 50 g bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon lightened mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 teaspoon of herbs
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Peel and finely chop the onion.
In a salad bowl put the crabmeat and add the onion, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, herbs, salt and pepper, mix until a smooth paste.
Shape patties then pass them in breadcrumbs.
Place the crab cakes in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
