WW Light Crab Cakes






Here is the recipe for WW light crab cakes, tasty light baked cakes, easy and quick to prepare, ideal for starters or with a salad for a light dish.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 SP / person

  • 500 g of crabmeat

  • 1 egg

  • 1 onion

  • 50 g bread crumbs

  • 1 tablespoon lightened mayonnaise

  • 2 teaspoons of mustard

  • 1 teaspoon of herbs

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel and finely chop the onion.

In a salad bowl put the crabmeat and add the onion, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, herbs, salt and pepper, mix until a smooth paste.

Shape patties then pass them in breadcrumbs.

Place the crab cakes in a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 15 to 20 minutes.
