- 250 g of natural tuna
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs
- 250 g of cream with 4% of mg
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 teaspoons of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Peel the onion and chop it.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for about 6 minutes, salt and pepper.
In a bowl beat the eggs in omelette then add the cream, mustard and mix.
Add the flour, salt and pepper and mix well.
Then add the crumbled tuna and onion and mix everything.
