Seafood Risotto with Thermomix






Here's the recipe for the seafood risotto with Thermomix, a delicious creamy risotto with mussels, squid and shrimp, scented with parmesan cheese, easy and simple to prepare for a family meal.






Ingredients:

  • 350 g risotto rice

  • 300 g fried sea

  • 100 g of white wine

  • 1 shallot

  • 50 g of olive oil

  • 600 g of water

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • salt pepper

Thermomix preparation:

Put the shallot and garlic in the thermomix bowl and mix for 5 seconds at speed 5.
