Sauteed Chicken with Carrots and Soy Sauce WW


Fried chicken with carrots and soy sauce WW






Here's the recipe for the WW Carrot Chicken and Soy Sauce, a great chicken dish with Asian flavors, light, express and very easy to make, serve with cooked rice for a balanced meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 SP / person

  • 500 g of chicken breast

  • 20 g of flour

  • 4 small carrots

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 200 ml of vegetable broth

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper.

Preparation:

Cut the chicken breast into cubes and flour them.

Peel the carrots and cut into pieces.

In a casserole, heat the olive oil and fry the pieces of chicken and carrots for 3 minutes.

Add the vegetable broth, soy sauce, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until covered.

Serve then your dish of chicken fillet with carrots and soy sauce with cooked rice.
