Here's the recipe for WW Potato Yogurt Potato Salad, a tasty potato salad topped with a tangy yoghurt sauce, easy to prepare and ideal for a summertime appetizer.
Ingredients for 3 people: - 2 sp / person -
- 300 g potatoes
- 125 g of white yogurt 0%
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 sprig of chives
- salt pepper
Preparation:
In a bowl put the yoghurt, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt and pepper and mix well and place in a cool place.
Cook the potatoes in salted water for about 25 minutes.
Drain the potatoes then peel them and cut into cubes.
Put in a serving dish then drizzle with yoghurt sauce and serve.
