This is the recipe for WW Blackfin Tuna and Olives Pasta, a tasty light dish made with pasta with tomato and tuna sauce, very easy to cook and perfect for serving with a small salad for a light and balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 8 SP person -
- 230 g pasta
- 1 shallot
- 160 g of natural tuna
- 30 g black olives
- 120 g yellow pepper
- 150 g of tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Peel the shallot and chop it then cut the pepper in small cubes and the olives into slices.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the shallot for about 3 minutes.
Add peppers, salt and pepper and leave for another 5 minutes.
Then add the tomato puree, tuna, olives and 3 tablespoons water and cook for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile cook pasta in boiling salted water as directed on package.
Then drain them then add to the sauce and mix everything.
Serve your pasta dish immediately with a salad.
