Here is the recipe for pasta with chorizo / zucchini and cherry tomatoes WW, a good full and light dish, based on pasta sauce chorizo, easy and simple to cook for a light meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 10 SP / person
- 220 g pasta
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 zucchini
- 80 g chorizo
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water as indicated on the package.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic and cut the zucchini and red pepper into pieces.
Cut the chorizo into slices and the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini peppers and chorizo and cook for 4 minutes.
Then add the tomato paste, the cherry tomatoes and 2 tablespoons water, salt and pepper and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes.
Drain the pasta and put them in the pan, mix everything and let skip 2 minutes.
Then serve your pasta dish with chorizo / zucchini and cherry tomatoes.
