Minced Chicken with Peppers WW






This is the recipe for WW Chicken Chicken with Peppers, a light, delicious and easy-to-make dish that's perfect for serving a complete meal with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 3 SP / person -

  • 500 g of chicken breast

  • 1/2 onion

  • 2 yellow and red peppers

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 12 black olives

  • 6 cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tablespoons capers

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Chop the onion and garlic and cut the cherry tomatoes into pieces.

Wash the peppers, seed them and then cut into strips of about 1 cm.

Chop the chicken breast then flour them.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and peppers and let them come back for a few minutes.

Salt, pepper and pour half a glass of water and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the floured chicken pieces and cook for another 10 minutes.

Then add the olives and capers and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.

Then serve your dish immediately.
