Here is the recipe for the light pie with tuna and zucchini WW, a tasty salty pie, very light without béchamel or crème fraîche, easy to prepare and ideal to serve with a salad for a balanced evening meal.






Ingredients for 6 people: - 4 SP / person -

  • 1 light pie base ( Recipe here )

  • 160 g of natural tuna

  • 1 shallot

  • 1 zucchini

  • 125 g light mozzarella

  • 8 cherry tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt, pepper, oregano

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices, then peel the shallot and chop it.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the shallot for 3 minutes.

Add the zucchini, salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.

Cut the mozzarella into cubes and the cherry tomatoes into quarters.

In a bowl put the crumbled tuna, the pieces of mozzarella and cherry tomatoes then add the zucchini and mix.

Divide the mixture over the bottom of the pie and bake in the oven, preheat at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
