This light cake with WW carrots is a tasty light cake, smooth and healthy, rich in vitamins, easy to prepare for a dessert or a gourmet snack.
Ingredients for 8 people: - 3 SP / person -
- 200 g flour
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup
- 300 g carrots
- 2 eggs
- 120 g of skimmed milk
- 100 g yogurt 0%
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Finely grate the carrots and keep to one side.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the milk and the yoghurt then add the agave syrup and the vanilla extract and mix.
Add flour and yeast and mix until smooth.
Then add the carrots and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.
