Here is the recipe for hummus with Thermomix, a creamy Lebanese spread made from cooked chickpeas, easy and quick to make thermomix. Excellent dip with pita bread and raw vegetables.
Ingredients:
- 250 g cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons tahina
- 50 ml of olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 pinch of paprika
- salt, caraway
Thermomix preparation:
Put the chickpeas, tahina, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt in the bowl and mix for 30 seconds at speed 8.
Scrape the walls then set 2 minutes at speed 5.
Put the hummus in a dish and sprinkle with paprika and serve.
