Gratin of Vegetables with White Cheese WW

Here is the recipe of WW Cheese Vegetable Biscuit, a delicious light gratin, without cream or bechamel, very easy to prepare and perfect to serve as a side dish with meat or as a light dish for the evening.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 SP / person

  • 2 zucchini

  • 1 red pepper

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 1 egg

  • 150 g of white cheese 0%

  • 50 g grated lean gruyère cheese

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Wash the vegetables and cut them into slices.

In a bowl beat the egg with the cottage cheese then salt and pepper.

In a gratin dish arrange the vegetable slices alternately.

Top the vegetables with the cottage cheese mixture and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Then bake for about 40 minutes.
