Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 SP / person
- 2 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 egg
- 150 g of white cheese 0%
- 50 g grated lean gruyère cheese
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into slices.
In a bowl beat the egg with the cottage cheese then salt and pepper.
