Here is the recipe for the pan fried zucchini with ham and parmesan WW, a tasty light and summer pan fried, easy and quick to make, ideal to serve as an accompaniment or a small light dish of the evening.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 SP / person
- 4 zucchini
- 150 g of white ham
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the zucchini then cut into cubes and cut the ham into cubes.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped garlic.
Add the zucchini and cook for about 6 minutes.
Add the ham, salt, pepper, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
In a bowl mix the parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and chopped basil and pour into the pan.
Mix everything and let skip about 3 minutes.
Then serve your pan fried with a salad.
