Fresh Salmon Risotto with Garlic and Herbs Cheese WW






The recipe for fresh salmon risotto with garlic cheese and herbs WW, a tasty creamy and well-scented risotto, easy and simple to cook, ideal to serve with a good salad for a balanced and light meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 7 SP / person

  • 220 g of risotto rice

  • 250 g fresh salmon

  • 1 leek

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1/2 glass of white wine

  • 650 g of fat-free vegetable broth

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 50 g of fresh cheese garlic and herbs 0%.

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Remove the salmon skin and cut into cubes.

In a skillet, heat 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil and brown the pieces of salmon with the peeled garlic for 3 to 4 minutes, salt and pepper.

Peel the leek and chop it.

In a casserole, heat the remaining olive oil and fry the leek for 3 minutes.

Add the rice and let sweat for 2 minutes.

Add the white wine and let evaporate.

Pour a ladle of hot broth and cook.

As soon as the rice absorbs the liquid, add the salmon and pour a ladle of broth, repeat the operation until the broth has drained.

At the end of cooking add the fresh cheese, salt and pepper and stir.

Then serve your risotto with a good salad for a light meal.
