Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 SP / person
- 500 g of chicken breast
- 125 g of yogurt 0%
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- salt pepper
Thermomix preparation:
Cut the chicken breast into pieces and put them in a bowl.
Add yoghurt, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper and mix well.
Cover with a cling film and let cool for about 30 minutes.
Then place the pieces of chicken in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake in the oven and preheat at 180 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
