- 3 eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 80 g of white ham
- 50 g lightly gruyere cubed
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl beat eggs in omelette then add salt, pepper, parmesan cheese and mix.
