Here is the recipe for WW Strawberry and Yogurt Cake, a delicious light and fluffy cake, very easy to make and perfect for a seasonal snack.
Ingredients for 10 people: - 3 sp / person -
- 200 g flour
- 100 g strawberries
- 50 g cornflour
- 3 eggs
- 10 g of sweetener
- 125 ml of yogurt 0%
- 100 ml skimmed milk
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- grated lemon rind
Preparation:
In a bowl beat the eggs with the sweetener then add the yoghurt, oil, milk and lemon zest and mix.
Then add the flour, cornflour and yeast and mix everything until a smooth and homogeneous paste.
Wash the strawberries then cut into pieces and add them to the dough.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin covered with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
