Here is the light tabouleh recipe WW, a tasty light tabouleh, full of flavors made from bulgur and vegetables and parsley, easy to make and perfect for your summer meals.
Ingredients for 2 people: - 4 sp / person -
- 100 g of cucumber
- 60 g of bulgur
- 40 g of parsley
- 120 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 onion
- 10 g of mint
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Rinse the bulgur, then put in a saucepan and cover with cold water.
Put the lid on and cook for about 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peel the cucumber and onions then cut them into cubes, and cut the cherry tomatoes into cubes as well.
Then finely chop the parsley and mint.
In a bowl mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix.
In a salad bowl put the bulgur, parsley and vegetables then add the mixture to the lemon juice and mix well.
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours before eating.
