WW Butterless Vegetable Crumble





This is the recipe for WW Non-Butter Crispy Vegetable Crumble, a tasty, light salty crumble that's easy to make and perfect for serving with a grilled meat or fish schnitzel.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 6 sp / person -

  • 200 g eggplant

  • 200 zucchini

  • 250 g red peppers

  • 160 g flour

  • 100 g of white cheese 0%

  • 30 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • turmeric

  • basil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the pepper then seed it and cut into cubes.

Clean the zucchini and cut into slices, then wash the eggplant and cut into cubes.

In a gratin dish, put the peppers, zucchini and aubergines, then salt, pepper and sprinkle with olive oil.

Then mix everything and sprinkle basil chop.

Bake the vegetables at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a blender, put the flour, cottage cheese, butter, parmesan cheese, turmeric, salt and pepper and mix until a granular mixture is obtained.

Cover the vegetables with the crumble dough and put back in the oven for another 25 minutes.
