Here is the recipe for WW cold tuna and potato bread, a tasty tuna bread in a cold version, easy and simple to make, to serve as a starter or with a salad for a light meal.
Ingredients for 10 parts: - 2 SP / part -
- 600 g potatoes
- 400 g of natural tuna
- 100 g ricotta
- 1 tablespoon capers
- grated zest of 1 lemon
- parsley
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for about 25 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and crush them with a fork or a potato masher.
In a large bowl put the mashed potatoes and add the crumbled tuna, ricotta, chopped capers, lemon zest, salt and pepper and mix well.
Form a loaf and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
