Tuna and Pepper Couscous WW






Here's the recipe for WW Tuna and Pepper Couscous, a cold, balanced dish that's easy to prepare and perfect for starters or salads for a light meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 5 SP / person -

  • 150 g of couscous

  • 1 cup of salted boiling water

  • 160 g of natural tuna

  • 180 g yellow bell pepper

  • 180 g red pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Thermomix preparation:

In a bowl, put the couscous and pour the boiling water and let rest a few minutes.

Wash the peppers then seed them and cut them into cubes.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the peppers for about 10 minutes, salt and pepper.

In a salad bowl put the couscous and add peppers, tuna crumbled, salt and pepper.

Mix everything and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
