Ingredients for 4 people: - 5 SP / person -
- 150 g of couscous
- 1 cup of salted boiling water
- 160 g of natural tuna
- 180 g yellow bell pepper
- 180 g red pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Thermomix preparation:
In a bowl, put the couscous and pour the boiling water and let rest a few minutes.
Wash the peppers then seed them and cut them into cubes.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the peppers for about 10 minutes, salt and pepper.
In a salad bowl put the couscous and add peppers, tuna crumbled, salt and pepper.
Mix everything and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
