Stuffed Potatoes with Zucchini and Ham WW

Here is the recipe for potatoes stuffed with zucchini and ham WW, a good dish with stuffed potatoes and au gratin, easy to prepare and ideal to serve a salad and a white sauce for a light and balanced meal.






Ingredients for 4 people: - 4 SP / person -

  • 4 potatoes of 120 g each

  • 150 g of zucchini

  • 100 g of white ham

  • 2 tablespoons fresh cream at 4% mg

  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the potatoes and cook them in salted water for 25 to 30 minutes.

Once the apples are cooked drain them and let them cool a bit.

Cut the top of the potatoes and empty them with a spoon and put the flesh in a salad bowl.

Crush the mashed potato flesh then add the crème fraiche, Parmesan cheese and mix.

Wash and grate the zucchini.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the zucchini and leave to fry for 3 minutes.

Add the zucchini and ham in the salad bowl, then salt, pepper and mix.

Stuff the potatoes and place in a baking dish.

Bake your stuffed potatoes for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
