This is the recipe for WW Light Chocolate and Ricotta Muffins, tasty, light, fat-free muffins that are easy and quick to make, perfect for a cup of tea or coffee.






Ingredients for 7 muffins: - 3 SP / muffin -

  • 120 g of flour

  • 60 g of ricotta

  • 2 eggs

  • 15 g cocoa powder

  • 50 g semi-skimmed milk

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup

  • 1 sachet of baking powder

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Beat the eggs with the agave syrup and add the ricotta, milk and mix well.

Add sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder and mix until smooth.

Divide the preparation into muffin cups covered with parchment paper and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
