- 2 zucchini
- 1/2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 120 g of ricotta
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Thermomix preparation:
Peel and chop the onion, then wash and cut the zucchini into cubes.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini, salt and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes.
Then put the cooked zucchini in a blender and mix until you get a zucchini puree.
Add the drained ricotta, parmesan, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and mix again.
Then pour the preparation into individual molds covered with parchment paper.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake zucchini in a bain-marie for 35 to 40 minutes.
