Here is the recipe for light biscuits banana and coconut WW, tasty little biscuits very light without flour, butter or sugar, based on 2 ingredients only. They are easy to prepare and perfect for a cup of tea or coffee.






Ingredients for 8 cookies: - 2 SP / biscuit -

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 50 g grated coconut

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.

Peel the banana and cut it into slices.

In a blender put the pieces of banana and coconut and mix until you get a smooth paste.

Form 8 balls of the same size, then flatten them with your hands.

Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes.
