Here is the recipe of yogurt shortbread and yoghurt WW, tasty light shortbreads without butter or sugar, very mellow with intense lemon taste. These shortbreads with lemon are perfect to accompany a cup of coffee or tea for the time of the snack.
Ingredients for 35 shortbreads: - 1 sp / shortbread -
- 280 g flour
- 3 tablespoons sweetener
- 40 g of light butter
- 80 g of yogurt 0%
- 1 egg
- zest of 1 grated lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- some semi-skimmed milk
Thermomix preparation:
In a bowl beat the egg with the sweetener, then add the grated lemon rind and the yogurt mix.
Add flour and baking powder and knead.
Add the soft butter cut into pieces and knead well until a smooth paste.
Wrap the dough in a cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
On a floured work platter spread out the dough to a thickness of 1/2 cm and then cut biscuits with a cookie cutter.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and then brush them with milk and bake in the oven, preheat at 180 ° C for about 10 to 12 minutes.
