Here is the recipe for WW-zucchini Chicken Parmentier Chicken, a light and complete dish made with a layer of mashed and grated mashed potatoes and a layer of chicken breast zucchini. An easy-to-serve pie and perfect to serve with a salad for a light meal.






Ingredients for 6 people: - 6 SP / person -

  • 650 g of chicken breast

  • 700 g of potatoes

  • 3 zucchini

  • 1 onion

  • 6 tablespoons skim milk

  • 30 g of light butter

  • 4 tablespoons fresh cream at 4% mg

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 50 g grated Parmesan cheese

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes and rinse them. Put them in a saucepan, cover with cold water, salt and cook for 20 minutes. Prick them to check the cooking before putting out the fire.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
