Ingredients:

- 100 g grated emmental cheese
- 40 g of butter
- 50 g flour
- 200 g of milk
- 3 eggs
- chopped chives

Thermomix preparation:
Preheat the oven to 160 ° C.
Insert the whisk into the bowl then put the egg whites and put them in snow for 4 minutes at 37 ° at speed 4.
Then set aside in a container.
Put in the clean bowl put butter, milk, flour, pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper then set 12 minutes at 90 ° to speed 4.
