Here is the recipe for WW spring vegetable stir-fries, a good light dish made with sautéed and parmesan-flavored vegetables, easy and quick to make with a meat or fish dish.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 SP / person -
- 2 zucchini
- 2 carrots
- 220 g of pea steamed
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Peel the carrots and cut into pieces then wash the zucchini and cut them into slices.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the carrots for 5 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for about 10 minutes.
Then add the peas, salt and pepper and let skip 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan and mix and serve.
