This is the recipe for Ebly WHEAT Zucchini and WW Shrimp, a light and complete dish, easy and simple to cook, perfect for serving a balanced meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 5 sp / person -
- 150 g of Ebly wheat
- 250 g shelled shrimp
- 1 shallot
- 2 zucchini
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- salt pepper
Preparation:
In a saucepan filled with salt water cook the wheat for about 20 minutes. Then drain it.
Peel the shallot and chop it, then wash the zucchini and pepper and cut them.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the shallot for 3 minutes.
Add the zucchini and pepper then cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the shrimp and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Then wheat then mix and let skip about 2 minutes.
Serve your Ebly wheat pan with zucchini and shrimp.
