Here is the recipe for chicken with mushrooms and white wine WW, a good light dish based on chicken breast with mushroom sauce and white wine. an easy dish to cook and perfect to serve with a nice salad for a really simple meal, which appeals to all the family.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 2 SP / person -
- 400 g of chicken breast
- 1 shallot
- 500 g mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 30 g of flour
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Wash the mushrooms well and slice them, then peel and chop the shallot and garlic.
Cut the chicken breast into strips and flour them.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the shallot and garlic for 3 minutes.
Add the mushrooms, salt, pepper, chopped parsley and cook for 5 minutes.
Then add the chicken strips and leave to brown for a few minutes.
Pour the wine bench then cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes.
Then serve your mushroom chicken dish with a nice salad.
