Zucchini and Ham Roll with Thermomix

Here's the recipe for the zucchini and ham roll with Thermomix, a savory and light savory roll, based on a zucchini sponge garnished with cheese and ham, easy and simple to make with thermomix, and perfect to serve as a starter cold or as an aperitif.






Ingredients:

For the zucchini roll:

  • 3 eggs

  • 50 g flour

For garnish :

  • 100 g of ham

  • 200 g from Philadelphia

Thermomix preparation:

Grate the zucchini and drain them.

At the ring let cool then add the egg yolks, flour, baking powder, cream and mix 30 seconds at speed 3 / reverse.

Pour the dough into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C.

Wrap in a cling film and cool until ready to serve.
