WW Vegetable and Chorizo ​​Tortilla

Ingredients for 4 people: - 3 sp / person -

  • 6 eggs

  • 90 g of chorizo

  • 1 onion

  • 250 g of zucchini

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • salt pepper

Preparation:

Wash the zucchini and peppers then cut into cubes, peel and chop the onion.

Then cut the chorizo ​​into small cubes.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Add the zucchini, pepper and chorizo ​​then cook for 10 minutes, salt and pepper.

Beat the eggs in omelette then salt and pepper.

Then add the vegetables to the chorizo ​​and mix well.

Pour the mixture into a dish covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 ° C for about 20 to 25 minutes.
