Here is the recipe for eggs stuffed with WW tuna, a good light dish made with eggs, easy and simple to make, perfect to serve as an original and tasty entry during the Easter meal.
Ingredients for 4 people: - 1 sp / person -
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise reduced to 0%
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
- 150 g of natural tuna
- 1 tablespoon caper
- salt pepper
Preparation:
Shell the eggs then cut in half and remove the egg yolks.
Put the egg yolks in a salad bowl and crush them.
Add the crumbled tuna, cottage cheese, mustard, chopped capers, salt and pepper and mix energetically.
Garnish egg whites with this mousse using a piping bag or spoon.
Decorate with capers and cool until ready to serve.
